I’ve been a customer here for over a decade. First Sheldon, then both Sheldon and his son Bryan, and now mostly Bryan look after my car. I’m on the fourth vehicle with them and they do it all — repairs, maintenance, advice, tires…
They always give me a clear explanation and outline costs. If there are options, they explain clearly with pros and cons. They are sensitive that customers have budgets. They are really genuinely good guys who do professional work.
I completely trust them based on experience. In over a decade they have NEVER let me down. If you’re looking for a mechanic, look no further.
Last note — as a woman, I doubly appreciate that there has never been even a hint of condescension in any conversation (mechanical or otherwise) with *any* of the guys who work there. Super professional, kind, competent, every time.

I drive to three other oil change spots before I finally found this place, and thank god I did!
I had to take a sudden trip out of town, and I knew I was due for an oil change. I drive a 2013 Chevrolet Spark, a model that apparently is «too rare» for more places to carry the proper filters required to do the oil change. Both Midas and Oil Changers couldn’t get the filters in before my trip, and I didn’t have much hope when I came into Speedy.
Right away, Brian calmed me down. I explained I had to head out of town for a funeral the next day and he immediately called his parts provider and asked that if be delivered the next day by 8am. I came by the next day and only had to wait about 15 minutes for everything to be wrapped up. Fantastic service. Not only did they manage to help me out in a right squeeze, Brian was super concerned about having to charge me an extra $ 8 for my special filter. $ 8?! Are you kidding?! The fact that he felt bad about such a small amount if money only made me like them more. He also made sure to order a few so I would be sure they would have them when I came back.
Bonus? When you get an oil change here you also receive free roadside assistance in between oil changes! A fantastic service centre with great customer service.
