The Downtown Dental Clinic

I initially started coming here because it was conveniently located downtown, on my way to work in a central location. I have since been coming to this dental clinic for approximately 5 years.
As mentioned, the location is really great. The clinic is welcoming, warm and clean. The hours here are great. They often open as early as 7:30am (I think) allowing you to come by before work. Staff here are always friendly and courteous. They’ve always dealt with my insurance well too, if I owe anything they usually just give me a call, rather than having me pay upfront too. I like this, this is convenient for me.
They have a program here too, each referral will earn you a gift card of sorts. I referred a friend, and they issued me a $ 25 Mastercard gift card! Amazing!
My only complaint about this dental clinic is the high turn over in staff. It seems I have a new hygienist and dentist every time I visit…
Overall, I really enjoy this dental clinic and I would recommend it.
