I found the staff unfriendly and I didn’t feel welcome in the store. the jewelry was also over priced. Good store across the street though if you just want to buy jewelry

So I got my belly button pierced here… And I have gotten a lot of piercings. Cheeks, tongue and dermals. None of them hurt as much as this did. When he pierced my belly button I had a crazy pain! move from belly button down to my crotch, down my leg alllll the way down to my big toe. It felt like he hit a nerv… Oh and to top it all off it turned out crooked. Before any of this happened I went in to find out how much a two inch tattoo would be and they said 200 $! What a rip off. I will never go back here.

Went to get my nose pierced in December, and a friend recommended Universal. Had a great experience, staff were friendly and helpful, and they make sure you understand the proper aftercare. My piercing wasn’t very painful or expensive and it looks great!
Make sure to bring cash. :)

I wanted to make a change after a breakup, so into a tattoo parlour I marched with a loyal girl friend by my side. I decided to get the inside of the top part of my ear pierced.
Though I am not normally the type of person to hang around tattoo parlours, the staff here made me feel comfortable. They made sure to give me all necessary information first and to make sure they understood what I wanted before going ahead. My friend was able to come in, which was nice too.
They have a great selection of earrings for this type of piercing, I chose a hoop with a little turquoise ball.
They were very helpful about aftercare and gave me a sheet on how to care for my new piercing. If you are looking for a tattoo or piercing, you are in good hands here.
