One Landscape Design-Build

Unfortunately, we feel incredibly disappointed with our experience with One Landscape Design-​Build. We are frustrated that was supposed to be a 2-​week job took 2.5 months to complete. For the most part of those 2.5 months, our yard was left in a state of chaos and we had no direct access to our yard through the back door as the deck had been dismantled in August but the new one not constructed until November. Our main concern is the finished look of the deck, which is not at all the look we wanted as there are some bleached boards that have been included in the construction and we are upset with the appearance of the deck as a whole. We are also disappointed with the privacy panels as they do not have the iron work on them that we had wanted. We are concerned with safety issues due to the way the fence has been left and the way there are multiple screws protruding from the privacy panels. We have been incredibly stressed and feel quite upset with both the process/​experience and the finished results. We would not recommend this company.
