Been using Merry Maids for years. Very happy with the service. The girls they send are trustworthy, friendly and the price is affordable. They keep notes on how the house should be cleaned, what rooms, what things not to touch, custom cleaning options, notes on pets, etc. For the most part they send the same cleaning team for consistency. But there are times when a different team arrives, or the team changes; in those situations they refer to their notes and get back on track very quickly.
For me the service has been great. They accommodate my work schedule, cleaning requirements, the girls are polite and respectful of my home. Highly recommended.
