I’ve been going to MYP for 3+ months and when I’m in dire need of a release from the daily struggle of life. I head over to Moksha Yoga for a hot class to let go of my day.
When you first walk in you are warmly welcomed by the wonderful receptionists. Note at this point you are instructed to take off your shoes to keep the studio nice and clean.
The changerooms are medium sized, with hooks and cubbies for personal belongings. Since there are no lockers I’d recommend leaving valuables in the car or with reception.
The classes are absolutely wonderful, the instructors are clear and knowledgeable, and the students who practice offer a non judgemental vibe that we all can appreciate. I get to the studio 15min to half an hour before class to not only secure my spot but to ensure a long svasana.
I always leave the studio feeling like I’m ready to tackle whatever life throws at me. Definitely recommend MYP!

Been coming here for about 4 months now and loving the studio more and more each time. The teachers and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Talk to them before and after the class if you have any concerns. The hot yoga series are challenging yet flexible. I wear my heart rate monitor and am impressed with the cardio zone I was able to reach doing yoga. The place is age and gender friendly and I love seeing a diverse class. If you sign up for an account on the online booking system, you can even earn points and trade for class or yoga wear. If you are still unsure, get the intro month pass for a great deal.

Been coming here lately with a couple of friends every Sunday. We were suppose to do Hot Yoga, however one of my friends have fallen in love with their RnR class that happens the same time as Hot Yoga.
I’m not going to pretend that I am a experienced yoga participant and talk about their technique and whatever. All I have to say is that their instructors are amazing. I always feel welcomed and happy going in the class. If they see you are struggling with any poses they will come and assist you.
One of the best decisions we have made in a while! Love this place. :)
