Connected with a few realtors last week while in Montréal. Looking for real estate in the West Island area of Montréal.
Came across Group Sutton Performer in particular Idem Sama who is one of their realtors. Idem was very focused on our needs for a property. Many of the other realtors we saw were more interested in pushing their properties even though we were not interested in the area.
Idem spoke with us on the phone for about an hour, she took all the information and then called us back to arrange a face to face meeting.
She showed us a few properties from a mid to high price range to give us an idea of what was available. We spent several hours going around looking at the properties and her knowledge was exceptional.
We have to go back again to look at more properties, one thing is for certain Idem will be our real estate go to person. Great sense of humour and makes you feel relaxed right from the get go.
