Historique

Fondé en 2007.

The business was established in 2007 on historical West street in a 100year old building. Emphasis is on a Canadian menu which consist of many different styles of food to go with Canada’s multi culture. The décor is bases on the history of Port Colborne and The Welland Canal with many different model boats.

Having worked in the business since I was a teenager I decided that I would pursue a career in Hospitality. After completing a diploma and Degree in Hospitality in both Canada and United states I travelled for many years working in large corporation from Disney to The Marriott hotels to small restaurant such as Quattro of Whistler. Then decided to move back to my home town and meet my wife who is also my partner in our business. We decided to open up our own restaurant with an emphasis on The Welland Canal.
