Love this place. I always have the D2. So flavorful. Always busy, good sign. Contrary to other reviews, I have always found it quite clean. Friendly staff as well.

SANITATIONALERT. I’ve come here previously and the food is generally good. But today was the last time I will step foot in there. When picking up my food, I saw multiple employees preparing what I’m guessing are spring and salad rolls on tables in the main dining area. That’s not even the issue. I’m guessing the manager(he didn’t have a phở 51 shirt but seemed to be running things) was sitting at a table separating sheets of wonton or rice paper without gloves, continuously touching his phone, and scratching his face, while handling food. Absolutely disgusting. Some Other employees were wearing gloves but not everyone. Seriously?! If you value cleanliness and general sanitation and health codes, don’t eat here.

My Phở lover brother recommended this place to us so we decided to try it out now that fall is upon us. The place is conveniently located in the Fremont Village near Lougheed and Pitt River Bridge in Port Coquitlam. I hope it gets a lot of business from the Walmart and Canadian Tire crowd. We had the House Special Phở(#P1), a spring roll and a Red Bean Milkshake. The rich beef Phở broth was very deliciously complex; hints of warm ginger and cinnamon, seemingly sweet onions(could’ve been roasted to max out the flavour) and the sweet liquorice taste of anise. The raw beef was still rare when the soup came to our table so it just needed to be dunked and it’s ready for consumption within a minute after you garnish it with a squeeze of lime, bean sprouts and cilantro. The fatty flank was just so tender along with the soft tendon(amazing hard jelly texture) and the awesome ‘tentacly’ tripe. The crunchy spring roll and the sweet and salty nuoc cham sauce was a good accompaniment to the soothing soup. Their red bean milkshake was a good finisher for a great lunch.

I like this place. Clean, food is fresh, they put their own twist on some items and their broth is tasty. Service always great and friendly.

Good food, both quality and presentation. B6 was well prepared, chicken was tasty and not greasy.

This place is the only place where the phở doesnt make me sick after. I suspect this is due to quality ingredients from the get go. The meat is the best I’ve had in a soup from a restaurant. I’ve had better phở only one other place and it was only because the broth was richer. Service is prompt and extremely pleasant, the owners are wonderful and work hard for their customers. The food is always ready fast, and the portions are generous, they could skip out but they don’t, which is why I’ll keep going back. Me and a friend always get the House Special phở almost every weekend and its exceptional every time. The restaurant is clean and has a beautiful modern atmosphere!

Don’t waste. Your money here food quality and presentation was terrible, salad looked like it was three days old. Would never go here again

Great little spot. People are friendly and the portions are huge. Could have stopped after the shrimp roll starter. It’s in the middle of the Walmart parking lot which make the view pretty entertaining.

New restaurant to the growing Walmart location. Traditional Phở, generous servings. Clean restaurant. Quick service. I have had better Phở the broth was not an overwhelming taste but since Poco has limited choices I would certainly return. Parking is plenty and a good selection of beverages including Vietamese coffee and teas, smoothies and juicies.
