On a scale from 1 to 10… this place is a 25. Went over and above to make sure I was happy !!! They really know their stuff and and explained it to me in laymans terms as so I can understand the problem. He even went in after hours to deliver my laptop. Customer service is second to none. I highly recommend Absolute Computer as you won‘t find any place else that is extremely reasonable in price with the customer service they provided… Hats off to Carlos.
Will always take my computer here and nowhere else !!!

I’ve taken my computer here a couple of times and have gotten fantastic service each time. Yesterday when I brought it back home, I noticed he had cleaned my keyboard and screen up. Great touch as it is the small things like that make excellent customer service. Well defiantly take it there again and his prices are fantastic as well.

I’m a bit of a techy geek, myself, but I got stuck & needed help. After hearing my situation over the phone, Brad quoted a price which ended up being exactly that, in the end. He diagnosed the problem, managed the hardware, installed the necessary software, and ran diagnostics. In my opinion, he went above and beyond for an absolutely amazing price! If I had taken my computer to Best Buy or Future Shop, they would have easily charged me $ 100s but my bill came in at under $ 50!!! He even carried my computer out to my car, afterwards.
I had heard great things about him, but he truly lived up to the high praise. Should I ever need computer assistance again, Brad will be the first person I call!
