Description

Spécialités

The Toad n Turtle in Red Deer opened January 26, 2005, and from that day it has been Red Deer’s favorite place to eat, drink and be merry. We like to think of ourselves as an English Pub with an attitude. We also, however, take great pride in our culinary skills, and therefore don’t just serve up typical pub grub. Did you know that we have a smoker on our roof top patio, and that we smoke all our meats year round? Our extensive menu includes have to have pub type food like fish n chips, wings and nachos, but includes our awesome signature items, like our Maui Ribs, Bourbon Bones and Smoked Pastrami Stack.

Historique

Fondé en 2005.

The First Toad ‘n’ Turtle opened its doors on December 4, 2001. In NE Calgary, Red Deer is the 2nd of 4 locations.

Ever since then we have been one of favorite places to party. We like to think of ourselves as an English pub with attitude. We also, however, take great pride in our culinary skills. We don’t just serve up your typical pub food. We have a roof top meat smoker where we smoke all our own meats. Don’t worry, we’re not all about the smoked meats, even though we do love it, our menu has a large variety for almost any palate. From salads to pizza’s to wild meats and many things in between, the Toad’s menu will keep you coming back for more.

Manager

I have recently returned to service industry — as the new Assistant General Manager of the Toad N Turtle Pub in Red Deer.

I have over 15 years of experience in the service industry, from dishwasher at a small restaurant to being a Corporate Trainer for one of Canada’s largest neighborhood pub franchises.

I left the Service industry on a full time basis, shortly to serve in the Forces and finish my Master’s Degree. However, as soon as i was able to i returned to my passion of Pub Service.

I take great pride and passion in my work and my pub. I am here to answer any and all questions or comments that anyone may have. Its my passion and goal to serve everyone with the best experience possible.
