I brought in my MacBook Pro to be fixed as it suddenly wouldn’t turn on one day; they said they would diagnose the issue($ 50, but the charge is waived if I decide to repair it there). I heard back from them about two days later. Turns out the motherboard had to be replaced, cost ~$ 350+tax and took about 1.5 weeks. Two months later same issue happened and apparently something had come loose inside; iRepair fixed this issue free of charge as they have a 6-month warranty on their repairs. I would definitely trust them with my Apple products to be repaired as other repair stores do not specialize in Apple. I have never been to the old location but this new one is very confusing/hard to find as there are two buildings beside each other that look nearly identical. Their business hours aren’t the most convenient as I am at work downtown on the weekdays and cannot make up to the pick up times(they are closed on the weekends). have had to arrange for someone else to help me pick up/drop off.
