Optical Eyeworks

What a wonderful experience I had here. My past optometrist was over charging me for lenses, contacts, and frames, so I decided to go to Loblaws optical at High Tech and Bayview. Little did I know my eye sight would get worst and they were not helpful about it.
Being desperate, but picky on where I go to get my eye sight checked and have my glasses updated, I came across Optical Eyeworks on Unilocal.The reviews were very promising, and what caught my attention was the special price on the eye exam. The staff were very helpful, and there are always more than one staff (other than Dr. Hutchinson) so if it gets busy, there is always another person to help you out. Dr. Hutchinson was very thorough and helped me figure out what was giving me discomfort in my eye.
They were not pushy on sales and everything was reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place for your eye needs. I’ve already recommended my family! Trust me, you won’t be disappointed.

The doctor was very nice and professional and examined my eyes very meticulously, the price as far as I know is the best in GTA. the clinic staff are helpful. I needed to purchase customized contact lenses, and they gave me enough information. The receptionist (Ashley) is very polite and nice both on the phone and in the store, I highly recommended this store.

Very pleasant experience! Ali & his team are wonderful. My husband’s sun glasses broke & Ali replaced them for free! They also are generous with eye cloths & cleaners unlike some other optical stores.
No sales gimmicks & high pressure. Reasonably priced optical store.
Highly recommend it for any optical shopping.

Found this place online because i was searching for a place to get an eye exam done. $ 49 ! cant go wrong and the doctor was very helpful and friendly.
i wasnt planning on buying glasses here until the guy at the store convinced me that he would be able to beat any price. I hadnt even told him the prices i got other places and he gave me his based on the model #‘s i gave him. He beat all the prices including Pacific Mall ! lol
also had a great customer experience! the store can get busy at times becuase i came a few times with friends i brought here. But they are able to make you feel like you are being helped even though you are waiting !

Highly recommend this place for your optical needs. The optometrist on staff is really helpful and thorough with the eye exam. The staff at the store are super friendly and helpful. Good selection of glasses, sunglasses and lenses. They also offer tinted glasses if you need them. I only learned about them because I have super sensitive eyes and they suggested it to me. Apparently you can dye it any color… hmm maybe I’ll start looking at the world through rose colored frames. :D Best part is, not expensive. You know these people aren’t the type to rip you off. I’ve done eyeglass shopping in different stores and this place has the best prices for exam, lens, and frames. I’ll definitely be back!
