I came here to look for accents for our new house. I was lured by the big giant sale sign outside their window. I should had known that there is not much sales inside. I did end up picking up a French mannequin that I’ve been looking for years! I finally found the one I’ve been looking for. Of course it is not on sale. Not even 10% off… But the store assistant did notify me if the price do go down, I can come back in 2 weeks to get the price adjustment.
The store is not very organized. Maybe its because its sale season. The staffs don’t really acknowledged you. But overall their price are relatively reasonable.

Rule # 1 — «know your prices»
Rule # 2 — best time to shop at this store is AFTER the season ends (eg– Christmas décor after Christmas, summer stuff after summer ends). I’ve scored major discounts (some 75%) at the end of season
Rule # 3 — the store smells great… gives the store a very «homey» feeling. Very dangerous… see wallet open… see money fly out…
Rule # 4 — go with a budget and stick to it.
Rule # 5 — don’t engage the friendly staff. (see 2nd sentence of Rule # 3)
Rule # 6 — Kitchen Stuff Plus is right next door. Some items may be cheaper there
Rule # 7 — If none of the other rules work… there’s an LCBO in the same parking lot. Go buy a bottle of wine and smile at what you’ve bought.

Ahh… Smell So Good…
Pier 1 Imports has everything that can make my home cozy, pretty and smell good. From Furniture, decoration, table settings and of course home fragrances.
Make sure you check out all those red tags items all over the stores… always good get things on discount.
House warming gift? Wedding gift? Anytime gift? You will find something for every occasions!
Store is spacious and tidy. Great place to browse around.
