Went in to get a samsung S7 when they called me… told«ohh yeahhh you’re phone ready any time»… go over there all excited… see Ben(name tag says ‘In Training’). let him know I’m here to pick up the S7… he cuts me off without taking down any account info. I ask him if I can talk to his manager. Talk to a guy ‘Luis’(totally not the manager), his voice is the one I heard over the phone — He tells me that he sent out the calls but didn’t say it was today(wwhattt??). in a way that makes it seem as though I am lying lol. Luis says to come by today instead. I come by, after OVERONEHOUR of WAITING and actually playing with the phone I reserved, putting my SDcard in and making passwords, they tell me ‘oh! system is acting up can’t print your receipt… you can’t take the phone”. what sort of game is that… you don’t have alternatives like faxing? or just mail me the receipt when it’s done? Sooo yeah, not a good experience at all. A few things I’ve learned. DONOT make this the place you pick up your reserved phone at… they even tried to tact on a 20 $ Connect Fee, even thought I was told it was waived. Just don’t come here. Deal with Online or Phone as much as you can. I’ve gone to the one on Yonge and 16th and it’s seems better and has been around longer.

This Rogers Plus is very similar to Futureshop or any other store that pays employees with commission. They’re not very knowledgeable about the products they sell and most of the time are very busy. When customers get upset about the long wait, they respond with a bad attitude. On the plus side, this is a very convenient Rogers Plus to go to. To buy a SIM card or exchange a digital box remote. 2⁄5 Could improve… — Customer Service skills. — Knowledge about products and services. — Acknowledge customers that have been waiting in the line.

There’s always something about a not-so-busy video store… you’ll more than often find the rental you’re looking for! YES! Staying uptown does have it’s perks.
