The reason I’m giving this Mac’s one star is because a few years ago I came here and bought 4 chocolate bars and a milk-to-go. It came to about $ 8.25, I gave the store manager a 20 dollar bill and he only gave me $ 2 back, Wtf? I told him «Excuse me sir, you only gave me $ 2.»
He told me that I was wrong. I ended up leaving the store because I was frustrated and wasn’t sure what to do. I’m not a confrontational guy, but still I should’ve called the police or something.
Luckily there’s a Mac’s on Shell Road which has way better service, mostly because the Manager who works there isn’t a thief.

This place has been around for years. I have memories back in the day in high school. I had some friends that moved to Richmond and used to skip school to come here by bus way before the Canada Line was invented. Yes I am dating myself. I came here for 5 cent candies and a Slurpie. Nothing has changed except the selections, however, similar concept. I came here to get some cold sugar in my system.

Good location with its own parking lot, lots of space.
open 24 hours, with ATM machine.
But McNair secondary students can just walk a block away, thank goodness they didn’t have this near my school, my teeth would’ve fallen out by now.

This is your typical Mac’s. Decent size. Has all your goodies and convenient foods.
The best thing about this Mac’s is that is has a Redbox.
Service has always been good. For some reason, there are only 2 Mac’s in Richmond and the other one is 2 blocks away on the same street.
