This is unfortunately the service Costco uses.
sends you information linking you to Sameday’s site telling you when to expect your delivery. You can email Sameday to try to insure the day is correct and «maybe» nail down a rough time. They will send you back the boiler plate «we will contact you in 2 hours» …but they don’t. They will actually never get bck to you. You can call but be sure you are in front of the TV becasue it will take at lest ¹⁵⁄₃₀ minutes to get a person. They will then lie and tell you they tried to contact you… but they didn’t. I think their real goal is to have you get totally frustrted and come to their terminal and pick the item up. It’s just so ironic that a great warehouse organization like Costco uses such a completely anti-​customer service company like Sameday
