Worst experience I’ve had with any storage. After paid for the rental, I got a piece of paper containing all the info I needed to enter the storage. HOWEVER, it doesn’t work. I ended up carrying all my stuff back to my apartment. that’s ok, I went to the office next day, they said they would correct the access code no worries. Next day it still doesn’t work. After three times they told me they just found out that there was an bug with their system that they can’t put 604in the access code. I ended up paying a quote to my previous landlord cuz of not Ming out in time. Did I mention they charged for two month while I told him I want it from October to November, and it was hard to cancel. The owners (Hong Kong couple) had really bad attitude. The Russian guy works there as a cleaner, however, is very friendly. But still AVOID this company

I’ve never rented a storage unit before but this is what I’d expect. The guy who worked there — Eric — was very helpful in helping me pick a size (I am moving back to Vancouver and am staying with a family until I find a permanent place to live). My stuff hasn’t arrived yet, but we went over my moving manifest and I feel good about the size I selected. There is also an option to change sizes if need be. I also really liked the fact that I don’t have to start paying right away but just made a booking. I shopped around and I think they are offering better prices because they are new to the business. I would definitely recommend to friends. Felt like writing a review because, like I said, they are new to the storage game and they really seemed to appreciate my business. The guy who I think is the owner (Sri Lanken guy?) was a bit of a wild card — but I liked it because I felt like I was on an episode of Seinfeld. Best part was when the mail delivery person came by and he kept calling her Newman.
