The employee was on the phone while I was waiting in line for about 5 minutes with no one in front of me

Newly opened, this Subway replaced the greasy joint Harvey’s which I loved so much but healthy wins this time.
Staff are new and inexperienced. Service is the common «poor» standard that affects most Subways these day.
Maybe cute but surely a health code violation is that little birds reside here too, picking off scraps of food off the tables and floor.
