Top Producer Systems

***WARNING***They promise you things they cant deliver and then lock you under a contract so they can charge you.

REALTORS BEWARE!!! Top Producer is terrible! They claim I agreed to a year contract. They have nothing in writing!!! and demanding I pay for the year!

I have unsubscribed several times and I still get their marketing emails. They advertise cutting edge «follow up» for clients while at the same time annoying the hell out of me. If I blasted my past clients with daily marketing emails like they do, I would get zero referral business.

While I am still dissatisfied with the platform and the support centre, my issue was resolved by customer retentions this morning. I appreciate the effort that TP put in to fix my issue but still offer the warning to future users that this company is not currently equipped to handle beginner tech users or those without prior CRM experience. Troubleshooting is lacking and it is difficult to spend less than 20 minutes on the phone over simple issues.

INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! As a new REALTOR I have a steep learning curve but have found the Support team at Top Producer to be Super! They have helped from the start-​up to importing and most recently with the custom creation of a postcard for mailing. They are ALL very supportive, knowledgeable and patient. They are definitely a very valuable tool if you take the time to learn how to use it!

Caveat Emptor! (Buyer beware) or should I say trial period beware…
I was sold on a 30 Day Trial Period after 8 calls from a Sales Associate, practically begged me to use the system asked for a Trial period, after I gave them my credit card info for the trial period they never called back or offered any training. Also, after several telephone calls to request they discontinue the service, never stooped billing me (I called in the required 30 Days).
Even now when I call in to the billing department they will not cancel the service and are giving me a full court press on continuing with the service and paying or a years contract. Very ugly tactics and poor behavior for a Realtor related company.
I recommend you use another solution.

They’ve really made a 360, use to greatly dislike topproducer, as if was just another list of contacts. Now, it’s an awesome CRM for Realtors, very intelligent system, with amazing options and support. The automation is fantastic, though it takes quite a bit to customize your action plans and campaigns (goes for anything you do though).
