I can’t believe I lived so close to this place for over two years before I tried it out. Since I didn’t make it in there before its recent change of management, I can’t comment how how things were before that. It’s not very impressive from the outside. Actually, I was expecting hamburgers, hot dogs, and not much more. Inside, it’s still not all that impressive looking. And, once we ordered, the food took a while to come. But when it did come, it was worth the wait. I tried the veggie wrap. It’s basically a salad in a burrito, but there’s enough variety in the vegetables included to make it interesting. But what really impressed me was that, once wrapped, it had been put on the grill just long enough for the burrito to get warm, and just a bit crispy in places, but short enough that the vegetables inside were still cold and crisp. I was impressed at the care in the preparation, not to mention the experimentation that it must have taken to determine just how much time on the grill it would take to achieve that effect. My sweetie kept repeating, «Oh, this is soooo good!» Now, I’m just guessing here, and I may be going out on a limb, but I think it’s just barely possible that she was really enjoying her cheeseburger. Definitely want to go back.
