Description

Spécialités

Fried chicken & award winning ice cream/frozen yogurt is an unbeatable combination. Two great tastes in one location.

At Stewarts, we make fried chicken just like Mama used to make it — marinaded and hand-breaded in our unique coating then cooked in an open fryer. It’s always crispy, juicy & delicious.

Open for lunch and dinner — eat in or take out.

Sweet Dreams is voted #1 for ice cream and frozen yogurt in greater Fort Erie. We are a full service ice cream shop that offers 28 flavours of hard and soft ice cream plus frozen yogurts and old fashioned milkshakes in endless combinations of flavours Sugar free ice cream and lactose free sorbets are also available for those with special dietary needs.

Historique

Fondé en 2003.

Debbie bought the already established Sweet Dreams in 2003. In 2009 she moved the location across the street to accommodate her growing business. This move provided an opportunity to add foods to her menu such as tacos, soups and chili as well as french fries. The shop stayed open even through the winter. In the winter of 2013 she renovated the entire kitchen to make room for a hood vent and 3 deep friers. She then bought the rights to Stewarts Chicken and the rest is history. With the combination of Sweet Dreams and Stewarts Fried Chicken, it is now a full service restaurant with eat-in or take-out options.

Gérant de commerce

After working for many years in the banking industry, Debbie purchased Sweet Dreams Ice Cream Parlour 2003. After 5 years of steady growth, the business was re-located to a larger building across the street. Sweet Dreams was able to offer indoor seating and meals as well as year round operation. In 2013, the kitchen was expanded to be able to offer Stewarts fried chicken which has proven to be a big hit with Fort Erie residents.
