Envirolift Systems

My experience was a complete nightmare! Stay away if you value your time and money! Too many problems to go into detail but here is a short version:
1. Multiple (at least 4 times!!) times they did not show up when scheduled… and they would never contact you to reschedule or let you know what happened… I had to call myself.
2. Job was not completed properly… the people sent to do the job would not do the job as asked… demanded a waiver be signed in case of damage. fine, but initial estimate consultation was never told this or that there would be any propblems.
3. Job was only partially done. still left with part of the problem I paid them to solve… which they told me they could. No follow up calls or checks to see if there were still issues.
4. Final bills was $ 1500 over the estimate! I could have refused to pay I suppose but wanted to get these people out of my life as soon as possible.
This is only a small summary but I can easily say this is the worst experience I have ever had with a company in every way. Non existent customer service. Yikes!
