Andreas is a talented baker with over 20 years in the industry, who is passionate about using the finest and freshest, quality ingredients to create his hand-made breads, pastries and pretzels.
Bronwyn is a talented business woman and entrepreneur with an ongoing love affair for fashion and design. They put their respective skills together and in 2008 opened the Dolce Vita Bakery, a stylish and welcoming space where people can come in for their daily breads and sweets, but linger over a fresh latte and good conversation.
