This is your typical mall KFC but I find it to be the most descent in the area. They are usually quick with the service and there is seating available in the food court area. They usually serve chicken that tastes fresh and are usually not so stingy with the extras such as ketchup packs and napkins. My only gripe is that there are a few odd experiences from time to time. For example I once had a middle aged employee insist that I needed a plastic bag to carry 3 Tuesday specials(vs. the free recyclable brown paper bag). He charged me 5 cents for a bag with a big KFC logo on it, which is like free advertising for them. The bag started to tear before I barely made it out to the parking lot. Once during early February 2015, there was a young employee at the cashier. I asked him if I could substitute the fries in the Tuesday special for something else and he responded by tapping a sign on the counter that said no substitutions. I asked him what the cost of the Tuesday special is because I was unaware that it had increased, and again he tapped a sign with the price. Then he asked me if I still wanted it. I mean I can read but this place is sometimes so cluttered with advertising signs and promotions everywhere that a simple answer would have been appreciated. Despite a 65% price increase for the popular«Tuesday special» formerly known as «Tooney Tuesday», from $ 2 around 2004 and prior to about $ 3.29 today(2015), I find that the chicken pieces are still so scrawny and small. There was not much meat on the bone and the fries portion was so little. I could tolerate this at $ 2 to $ 2.49 but now there’s not much value.
