Fondé en 1997.

My Dad and his Partner started the business in 1997 In the White Shield Plaza. My brother and I bought them out in 2002 the location was way to big for what we needed so we moved to our current location 2011.

Jamaican of Chinese Decent born and raised. Left Jamaica for the Great White North back in 1976. When a lot of people were leaving because they were afraid the country was going to go communist. Prime Minister Manley at the time was buddy, buddy with Castro from Cuba. Consider myself Canadian, because I’ve been living here for more than half my life. Been in the business since 2002 with my brother, Chef Steve. George Brown Graduate. We serve great tasting Jamaican, West Indian food with a little kick. We don’t kill it with pepper, because if we did, then only a few people can eat it. We like to cater to everyone. We like to mix it up, once in a while too. Because Man or the ladies can’t live on Jerk alone.
