I would advise people here to purchase automotive parts here for their cars as I had a very horrible experience here. If you do go with Part Source stores, always save your receipts in case you need to make a warranty claim. My brake parts (as seen in the pictures) were this condition after just two years on my car. No, I do not drive like a race car driver… this is was for a minivan. When I called to make a claim at the store I purchased in Markham, the manager tried to deflect blame on me which was ridiculous.
But since this warranty is valid anywhere in Canada, this store here at Sheppard took in the parts right away and compensated me with free replacements. Their customer service is very good.
