I have bought many things from this guy and never a problem till now!!! He installed a remote start for the car which had the add on for smart start!!! After a week it stopped working or my alarm would go off! I asked him many times what’s going on and he had no clue whatsoever! He said he would have to contact the dealer and it’s been 2 – 3 months and no response from him! I called him once a week and he screens my call and messages on his answering machine! Stay away from this doorknob!!! He has no idea how to do remote starts!

This is a former employee of a prominent truck and van store and is also the installation specialist for G&G on Kingston Road. The owner, Rob is so vastly knowledgeable on any part for cars and especially trucks there isnt anything you cant mention that he doesnt know. The best part is that Rob works the store and does the installs for most parts, and its finally just good old friendly quality service you get. The prices through the entire store are more than competitive plus you get the added value of Robs knowledge helping you know if you even looking at the right thing for your vehicle. This man and his store deserve a lifetime of clients, he is so beyond superior with his service and knowledge and just a really nice guy… you are not going to get this at ANY big box store and you certainly wont get it at the rip off performance stereo places. Your end product is a quality install, a guy always on hand with any questions and a friend you can always call and run things by. If he doesnt know the answer, he finds out immediately and you will get a call before your home! Before you go anywhere else for anything your car/​truck didnt come with from the factory, or that you want to upgrade from bumper to bumper, rand exterior this is the place you MUST to go first. Robs just that guy that can and will get it all done well, on time and you dont need to rob a bank to make the vehicle you have always wanted to have!!!
