We also offer Asian inspired stir fries, an extensive appetizer list and delicious Japanese fusion burger platters. Numerous vegetarian as well as Gluten-Free options are available, as well as a light Western inspired Brunch Menu available from 10am-1pm every day.

Started by a pair of entrepreneurs looking to help reinvigorate Squamish’s Downtown and to feed the need of our growing population, Pine Cone Restaurant is the first step in the plan to make the historic Chieftan building a dining and entertainment hub one day. Named for how a simple pine cone can become a tree of it’s own once it takes root, likewise the restaurant has been «planted» in the perfect climate of this vibrant every changing city and we look forward to serving both life long residents as well as newly transplanted members of the Squamish community.
