I can’t say enough about CTP. The owner, Sandy, knows his stuff and shows through his actions that happy customers are more important than short-​term profit. It can be a tiny bit frustrating — I’ve stood in his store waiting for 15 minutes while he helped someone by phone instead of telling them to bring their computer in — but that just shows that he won’t sell you anything or do any work that you don’t really need. Not always name-​brand equipment, but always rock-​solid performance and great value.
