The warning signs were all there before the work even started. So I hope this review helps others to be informed of my hind sight.
The quote was detailed with what work was going to be done, but there was only 1 grand total. If I had a breakdown of the cost for landscaping and the hardscaping for the front of my house, it could’ve prevented the nickel and diming this company has. There was never any transparency with the savings I should have had when quoted work was not done or the cost when minor changes were suggested and approved.
Terrible customer service. Waited almost 4 months after giving them a down payment. Called them every week uneasy that the job would never start and the office staff were rude/​abrupt. They just showed up with one days notice. Oh, and the owners cell phone is private… they will not give you his number. Leave a message and they will call you back BS.
Electrician showed up to do the lighting and left behind some beer cans. The owner did not care. One light fixture stopped working after 6 weeks… so much for high end products.
I am all for supporting local business, but that assumes the business has integrity and has a track record for good work and good service. This is not the company you want to hire.

A bloody joke of a company. whomever is running it now has totally ruined this old, stable company. Surprised they are still in business. I hired them a few years ago to do a deck and patio. they used shitty materials, very poor workmanship and crappy labor. they wouldnt even replace a new plant that died. not even a return phone call. Stay away from these low-​lives
