Mercedes Benz Road side called these guys to pick up my car which had some issues. Originally brought wrong truck but issue remediated immediately. The tow was done professionally and very carefully! Impressed and satisfied with their service!

My car broke down and needed to be towed to the dealership. In the two Bayview damaged the fender and one of the fog lamps. I reported the damage and they and their insurance adjusters refused to pay for the damages.
If my car breaks down in BC again I’m probably better off just renting a trailer, a truck and towing it back MYSELF.

They saved my family when our rental car got stranded just across the border into Canada. I wish I remember the name of the gentleman who helped us, because it was so enjoyable talking with him that I was almost sad when we got the car to its destination. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of, even towing the car to the hotel instead of the garage, knowing that we had no way to travel without the car in the middle of the night. I hope I won’t need their services again, but if you do, I can’t recommend them highly enough.
