From a goalie’s perspective, the first 30 min is fun, but being 3 on 3, after all those 2 on 1’s, breakaways, it does get a bit frustrating lol.
For great players, this would probably wreck your timing and won’t improve your endurance.
For bad skaters, then this will help, you won’t need to skate very far from offence to defensive lol.
Obviously, it’s meant for pond hockey, and frankly, when I first played in this rink as a call up a few times earlier in the year, the novelty was there, but now, I won’t make a special trip out here unless I’m visiting my hospitality clients lol.
It’s not just off Hwy #10 but you gotta zig zag past some office complexes, and the parking can be atrocious.
Great viewing area for spectators ;)
And as the name suggest, the ice is pretty darn good, after all, how much damage can 6 players really do to the ice, lol.
