I have found the Fists of Mystery and John Spak Baguazhang training to be top notch. He gears the program towards what you wish to get out of Bagua, as well as your skill level. He fortunately can also adapt the program if you have any physical impediments. I have learned at least 4 – 5 times faster with this type of training. Class format is also offered to practice the skills. Everything from proper form and circle walking, to practical fighting applications of Bagua, to the more esoteric side of things have been covered with me so far as these are my personal interests.
