Don’t waste your time.
Went in to get a oil change which comes with a winter maintenance package as advertised in the local newspaper. Phoned in, booked an appointment for 10:30, was advised that it would take an hour to complete. Parking lot was completely empty, at 10:25, however I still confirmed with the employee at the front desk that it would take only an hour. Sat in the reception area for over half an hour and watched my car sit in the parking stall. Left the shop at 11:15 after wasting 45 minutes sitting and waiting for nothing to be done.
The employee didn’t mention that they were running late, and to make things worse when I asked for my keys back he asked if I had time to come in tomorrow to have the oil change completed no apology at all.
Don’t waste your time, go to a shop that actually knows how a business should be run.
