NKI Moving and Delivery is a licensed and family owned moving and delivery company based in Surrey, BC. We have over 20 years of experience in the moving and delivery business. Our main goal is affordable rates with outstanding professional service. We focus on local moves in the Greater Vancouver and Lower Mainland areas including North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Squamish, Whistler, Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, New Westminster, Maple Ridge, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Langley, Vancouver Island, the Okanagan and pretty much anywhere within BC. There was a special delivery project I needed to help out with at work. Basically we wanted to mass ship some Christmas gifts to a local delivery person and have them take them out of the shipping packages, attach a card and deliver them to the recipients (at about 20 locations). We needed a company that was a little bit courier and a little bit of a mover (rinse and repeat in a few major Canadian cities).
Initially I contacted NKI and a couple of other places based on online reviews. NKI responded promptly via email — they were the only ones who did. They gave me a rough cost estimate and it was quite reasonable. When it came time to deliver, they did it exactly as we had requested, in a very timely fashion. When we made a couple of mistakes on addresses, they were quick to point it out so that we could remedy the situation — which is important when sending out gifts. They were very polite and professional.
I appreciate how they took our some what clunky request in stride and helped us get the job done. It was a leap of faith for us and they certainly delivered.
