I ordered flowers from here over the phone and the lady who answered was helpful enough to me. I’m pretty flower stupid but she assured me they will make a very nice arrangement. I did look online and saw what it should look like, but I never got to see the final arrangement before it was delivered the next day. When I speak to the recipient next I’m sure she will say something about it. I’m confident Surrey Flower Shop did a good job. I was also given some sort of discount ($ 4 – 5 or so) but I’m not sure why — don’t care! lol.

I received an orchid as a gift and it was nice, but it soon lost over half of its flowers. This should happen between two and three months, not in two weeks. When I phoned Surrey Flower shop I was made to feel that it must have been something I did. I love orchids and in spite of having hundreds over the years this has never happened before — there is almost nothing one can do to cause this within such a short period of time — even if there had been given absolutely no water unless it was bone dry when received, which it wasn’t. They agreed to replace it rather begrudgingly, which would have satisfied me completely, however they brought one about half the size and in a colour I do not like. This was nothing like the one I first received. May as well not have bothered, what a waste of time sending a driver with a plant that in no way resembles the original gift. Will never use them and have instructed the person who gave me the orchid what happened.

I was introduced by my brother since his company always orders all arrangements from this shop for all their occasions.
Small and tucked in a comer, the store is a bit age, but I understand the renovation will happen soon, my sister and I have been order few time for our Mom the fresh Orchids arrangements. The flowers always very fresh and last few weeks (changing H2O weekly). Beside Orchids, this shop has all others beautiful fresh cut from single Lily to elegance roses and a lots more to choose by your tats or let her creation as yours requirement also deliver to your door.
The lady owner is very pleasant and we are welcome by the smiling each time we were here, her price is very compatible great deal. As for us future purchase are absolutely will :)

I ordered flowers one hour before they closed on a Friday in August 2013. I found out about them from Unilocal in desperation to send flowers for Eid (end of Ramadan celebration).
They were great to not refuse deliveries one hour before they closed (another flower shop did)! I was able to choose flowers from their website and the representative gave me useful suggestions on which flowers would be best for the occasion.
The flowers’ recipients were very pleased to see the flowers on their doorsteps (they weren’t home) with a card (business card-​sized) that contained the greeting and my name (which was spelled correctly).
The flowers were arranged beautifully, in a red vase. The colours varied from red, yellow and orange (Fiery orange roses, spray roses and gerberas plus red carnations and huckleberry, are arranged in an exclusive orange cube vase. — from their website), as customized by the representative since I apparently chose really dark colours for the season.
The only thing that I think could be improved would be the price. I spent $ 70 with tax and delivery ($ 10), which I think could be slightly reduced.

Amazing flowers and service every time. I always use this shop any time I need flowers, and recommend them to everyone. They always does an amazing job.
