I’ve been to several dental offices with my kids with minimal success. I went to Rio and I could tell that they really prepared to deal with young children who might be reluctant to get their teeth cleaned. The staff are friendly and patient, never rushed us even though our kids were not very cooperative at first! The TVs in the room are a great distraction and it was so neat to be able to see the X-​rays on the computer screens while Dr Lai was explaining things. Dr Lai is very kind and patient in answering our questions. Highly recommend this place!

Professional, friendly dental office!
Great treatment for all ages. From the dentist to the hygienist to the assistant and the reception staff, they make you feel comfortable from start to finish!

My husband and I came to get a cleaning and my retainer bracket fixed as it had come off and it was a great experience from beginning to end. As a dentist, Dr. Lai is probably the best one I have met yet. He is extremely gentle but efficient, knowledgable and gives great options as well as a good explanation on what is needed. His staff are amazingly warm and inviting — it is a great and easy place to choose to go to — especially with kids! It’s also in a very convenient location with tons of parking.
