DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I FEEL I JUST GOT SCAMMED!
First off they charge you by your neighborhood. Their website stated that I would get $ 40 for online booking and that the removal was $ 149. Their website states someone will contact you, come to your home and give you an estimate, then you get the removal. This is not the way things went down. I had to re-​contact them. I stated I was having old decking removed and all of a sudden the cost was $ 220. Once the guys got here the cost jumped up to $ 349! For the amount that these guys took away their website states the cost is $ 249 and there is nothing in the fine print about deck materials being more.
When I stated to the guys that the website says $ 249 they said «Let’s phone 3 other company’s and see what their price is». Then they threatened to dump the materials and leave. I was not getting involved in any of these games with these guys. When I went to pay all of a sudden I could not pay by credit card anymore! I am reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau.
By the way I did not get the $ 40 off. After tax $ 395…

I had booked Junk Quick to remove an old dishwasher from my downtown condo within a two-​hour window, between 9am and 11am. After 11:15, and not hearing a word from them, I called to inquire, and they told me that they were running late, and promised arrival within 30 minutes. It’s only an hour later that the two junk removal guys arrive, without a word of apology for the delay.
After being almost an hour and a half late, based on the tail end of the two-​hour window upon which we had initially agreed, they didn’t apologise, nor even acknowledge their tardiness, and, furthermore, had the gall to charge me an additional $ 10 for moving two extra pieces that were sitting right next to the already unplugged dishwasher.
Terrible service — avoid, avoid, avoid!
