I have had the pleasure of dealing with Rob at Adfactor for a while now. About five years ago, I had personal business cards printed, and they turned out amazing. Quality and colours are on point. Recently, I have had multiple projects (business cards, postcards, and sandwich board) done by Adfactor, and they have all turned out amazing and just how we wanted! Thanks to Rob and everyone at Adfactor. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for printing.

We’ve been working with Adfactor for many years now and that in itself is a great testimony.
We use them mainly for postcards, store signs, posters, and POP displays. Once we had some POP posters delivered that were not satisfactory, but that same day we were promised a solution and shortly thereafter our new posters arrived, beautiful, clear and glossy ready to be distributed!

I work in the non-​profit arts sector, and we pretty much get any postcards and flyers that we need printed with a quick turnover for a low price, printed at Adfactor. The staff are great to work with and we’ve always appreciated the quality of the product. Highly recommended.

Great place! The storefront is modest but the service is outstanding. I’ve brought dozens of time-​sensitive print orders to the Ad Factor guys and they always do a great job. Plus you always get a good dose of glib humor from the Ad Factor dudes. Definitely recommend them.

–We ordered sets of postcards from them, all done with our corporate colour only to have five different shades of the colour returned to us.
–Delivery date is never right. Always a day to a day and a half late.
–Held a project because they were missing information to print. Apparently missed the fact that the file was already provided to them and never followed up to double check. It took us phoning them on the date we thought it would be delivered to find this out.

Do not use these people. I had an order with them that was incredibly time sensitive. I called, emailed and called again to stress the importance of having the documents printed and ready, only to show up and have them tell me that they would not be ready. No phone call prior, no apology, nothing. I would not recommend them at all.
