I bought a condo with Alex in October 2013. I was on a tight budget and knew Alex could do the job well as several people have recommended him. He showed me a number of options that were price-​appropriate and I fell in love with a condo in the downtown core. The price was a little too high but he managed to get it into my price range. The closing went smoothly and I am really pleased with the result! Alex is professional, quick and smart — I have already recommended him to several of my friends who are looking for a place to buy. He is amazing!

I bought a condo through Alex in September 2013. At first, I wasn’t sure about my budget, prices, building amenities, and the choice of neighbourhood. Most importantly, I didn’t want a lock in with one particular realtor. Alex offered me advice and opinions on all of my concerns while we were visiting the first few buildings. He persuaded me to change some of my ideas and there wasn’t a day when I regretted the choice. I specifically want to mention how accommodating he was. I didn’t want to take any days off, so we were visiting the places on evenings and weekends. I remember one time we were drafting an offer at 10pm on Sunday night. At the end, I found a place within a month and I haven’t consulted another realtor. All in all, I am quite happy with my experience.
