An airline that charges you membership for a service that other airlines provide as part of their service for business and first class members? Not a chance! I don’t fly this airline enough to bother with a membership but how lowbrow that after paying all that money for business class they actually want you to pay more for admittance and then charge for things once you are in there. No thanks AA and BTW you should be ashamed. Shoddy business practice.

Good service, helpful staff, comfortable chairs. It’s not a large lounge(there’s only a single stall in the men’s room), but it is much more pleasurable than waiting around the terminal. Given that it’s the only trans-border lounge in terminal 3, where else are you gonna go? ;)

An American airline’s lounge that doesn’t let its business class ticket holders in, and require additional membership? It’s not even a decent lounge and for a ticket that charges hundreds over a similarly sized(4 per row instead of 3?) it is simply ridiculous. If I wasn’t a loyal flier of AA’s affiliated partners I wouldn’t even have chosen AA. On the other hand, the British airways lounge(partner of AA) in this airport is amazing, very good buffet and service.

It’s sad that in this busy airport this Admirals Club leaves a lot to be desired. Coffee machine is broke. Cheese crackers crudités feels like a second thought. WIFI is spotty. And it’s small. Very crowded space. I guess it’s better than not. I’m disappointed because all the other Admirals Clubs In other airports are very nice. Hmmmm. Mmk

It won’t bother you as much if you happen to be reading this before trying to go here, but it’s incredibly hard to find this place. It’s basically inside the TSA(or whatever the Canadian equivalent is) facility — you literally have to pivot right as soon as you pick your bag up off the security conveyor. I didn’t, and I wound up walking all over the terminal looking for it. There is a barely visible sign and a little door in the wall — it’s like a speakeasy. That would be tolerable if what lay beyond the door were pleasant, but it’s basically cramped and hot with REALLY slow wifi. Free beers might make it better if you stay long enough to have a few. We’ll see.

Probably one of my least favorite admiral’s clubs, though it is nice that they have one at all I guess– it’s hard to locate, right behind security. Biggest problem is just that its way too small. Food offerings are also meager, especially compared to international airlines. But they do have free beer…

Once again, smiling friendly service. I look forward to my time in this lounge. I got here a bit earlier than necessary to chillax before my flight and greeted by the lovely ladies who work here and seem to take pride in the lounge. Good energy.

Well appointed lounge, but you pay for food and booze? Free water, apples, OJ, coffee and cookies. This lounge is only worth visiting if you need to use the bathroom or get away from the crowds at the gate. I’m starving and I guess I’ll have to go buy something in the terminal.

Immediately after security check point make a swift right, club entrance is on the corner large wood door. It’s in an awkward location. There is no food, just cookies. They do sell sandwiches & chips but your better off purchasing outside and bringing in with you. They do offer coffee, tea, and complimentary alcoholic drinks. Bathroom is clean however no shower. Lounge is on the small side and I believe they only have 1TV. This by far is one of the lower level clubs I’ve been to. However, customer service was excellent which is why I left 3 stars because great service should always be recognized.

This club is SMALL — each bathroom only has 2 stalls, the bar is really small and only serves cheese and crackers for free and there are very limited chairs. When we walked in, it was completely overcrowded. I honestly thought the fire code was being violated b/c it looks like it could only accomodate 30 people and there seemed like 75 people were crammed in there, all for some free wifi and crackers. People were standing and loitering around the bathrooms, simply because there was no space to stand!

This Admirals club is hidden away, just passed security. The entrance is odd since they need to buzz you in and the door is a solid wood office type door. The club is decent, but does not look like it was updated recently.

Among Admirals Clubs I’ve visited, this one is probably the most conveniently located for my flights. The entrance is to the right immediately after passing through security. The free booze is standard among the different clubs. The snacks are okay, but the food is fairly terrible. Bland sandwiches and boring salads, not worth the cost. Great environment otherwise.

Probably the worst of any of the clubs. Given how trashy the rest of this airport terminal is, at least it was a reprise from that mess. It was quiet.

Well kept, clean there’s a decent selection of OJ and morning beverages at 7 am. Comfortable seating. I’ve given this a 3 because the men’s bathroom consists of one stall and one urinal. This is not sufficient when the morning rush hits. In fact, you can’t even wait inside the washroom(not enough space). I was standing with 2 other guys outside of the restroom waiting for my turn. Btw, the restroom just happens to be right next to the front desk. This is like an Admiral’s club jr.

Mediocre lounge. Free WiFi(…but all of YYZ has free WiFi now), and comfortable seating. Better than sitting at the gate, but nothing to write home about. The bathrooms were considerably smaller and not as clean as other lounges I’ve visited.

It’s not a well appointed lounge at all, but relative to what’s in the terminal, this is a godsend. I have a problem when the seats in the lounge aren’t as comfortable as those outside and it’s more crowded inside than out. But that’s not the case here at all, and maybe because everyone has spent so much time bashing the lounge… it’s always so empty when I visit. Better for me then!

I use lounges to get away from the noise and chaos of the main terminal, and for that, this lounge did its job. Otherwise it’s one of the saddest and dinkiest Admirals Clubs around. Not very much seating so I could see it get crowded during peak travel times(I was there at 6AM and it was 1⁄3 full). The food and beverage selection sucks. There was one kind of tea(white girl problems, I know). They do have free WiFi and had more newspapers than other Unilocalers experienced, so good on them for progressing. Restrooms are located right by the check-in desk, which I found a little odd. No windows to the outdoors, either.

This isn’t a club for Admirals. Ok, to be honest I don’t really have that much of a clue what true Navy Admirals are into… but I’m assuming that it’s not ‘free copies of the Toronto Star’ and ‘shitty trail mix’. They have four old school desktop computers so that the true Admiral can plot his course towards more plentiful ports of bounty. Yes, there’s an occasionally manned, poorly stocked bar. Yes, there are chairs where you can ogle the other free-Toronto-Star readers and their marvelous wealth and/or ability to mooch lounge coupons. No flight from here is more than four hours. This lounge exists only so that the American Way magazine can have another location listing for an Admirals Club. If you’re OneWorlding overseas, the BA lounge on the other pier of the terminal is quite good. But if you’re off to the USA, this is the only option. Now that WiFi is free in the terminal, there’s absolutely no reason to waste your time stepping in the door.

Admirals Club in Terminal 3 is quite small compare to other AA lounges in the bigger hub and it can get quite crowded. There are no complimentary wifi services, but there are 2 computer terminals for you to surf the internet and access to printer. There are complimentary tea, coffee and cookies but that’s it! Oh yes there are free apples. If you are really hungry, there are food to order with a price. As not as my lounge access is complimentary, I don’t mind. However if I going to be charged or require a membership, I don’t think I am going to waste money on that!

This is your average airport club/lounge, with nothing really notable by way of amenities… definitely nothing worth getting to the airport early for. There’s also no complimentary WiFi here(Toronto is NOT in the US, lest we forget! So this is technically an international lounge, which means no complimentary WiFi for members). The staff is friendly though. It’s important to note that this club is after security ANDUS Customs/Immigration pre-clearance, so if you’re a member but not flying out on a US-bound flight(AA or otherwise) from T3, you won’t have access to this club.
