Fondé en 2001.

Archer Roofing was begun by Richard Matonog, who worked in the industry his whole life-​like his own father before him. Pawel Matonog continues in the family tradition, where knowledge and experience is passed on from father to son. After Pawel completed his BComm at Ryerson University, he joined his father in the family business full-​time, thereby gaining important hands on experience. Through his continuing education in the field, perseverance, and entrepreneurial spirit, Pawel has grown the company and turned its focus to roofing full-​time. When you hire Archer Roofing, you benefit from generations of experience and individualized service. Pawel will provide you with a personal quote, contact you throughout the entire project and will supervise every jobsite.

Archer Roofing is fully licensed in Toronto and a member in good standing with all the applicable associations. As well, the company is fully insured for both liability and WSIB.

Pawel Matonog, the owner of Archer Roofing, has over 11 years of experience in the roofing industry. He began his career in 2004 as a Home Improvement Contractor and advanced to owner and president of Archer Roofing. Pawel’s superior knowledge of the roofing industry stems from both theoretical knowledge and hands-​on experience – from entry level to top positions, he has done it all! He believes in hard work, honesty and not cutting any corners, which has earned him the trust of both his clients and fellow professionals in the field.

He is a Licensed General Carpenter with a Red Seal Designation, and holds certificates in Building Envelope and Building Science Courses. While involved in the Renovation business, he sat on the Executive Renovator Committee at RenoMark.
