This store has been in business since the mid-1980s, and I have been one of their customers since the mid-1990s. And, when you meet them and talk to the staff about your needs on a woodwind instrument, it’s not hard to figure out why.
When you need a repair or adjustment on your woodwind instrument, usually the actual amount you pay is the same price or lower than the estimate, and they are very understanding that busy students and professional woodwind players usually need their instruments back quickly, and will usually have your instrument back within 2 – 3 days for minor jobs, and usually not more than about a week for major ones.
