Aroma Spa and Wellness Clinic

I really like this place! My boyfriend and I went for massages. While we did have to wait about 15 minutes after our booked reservation time, everyone was extremely friendly, and offered us water, tea, coffee and snacks.
They had a special on — buy a massage (RMT — awesome for those with insurance) and get an ION Detox treatment for $ 20. I highly recommend this. Very relaxing, and super interesting to see all the toxins afterwards in the water!
The massage was great — asked about pressure, and really took their time.
I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a warm, neighbourhood feel to your spa! No frills, just very kind people who know what they are doing.

WORST PLACE EVER!!! I went here to have my eyebrows waxed and I encountered one of the most inexperienced cosmeticians ever. I was desperate and needed to have it done and they are close to my condo so I decided to try it, I asked the lady before hand if she knew what she was doing and she said she did. Anyway while she was waxing me I felt something was off so I took a look and she waxed a HOLE through my eyebrow and waxed off too much at the end and top, basically she butchered the first one she started on. Anyway of course I asked her to stop and she was confused when I was mad and her consolation to me was dont worry ill even it out on the other side!!! And then she had the audacity to tell me to calm down since it will grow back!!! I got up and insisted she give me her managers phone number which she did not so I looked on the website and found an email address and sent in a complaint to which I received a reply 2 days later from what I assume is the management saying that she was sorry and next time I come in they will do my eyebrows for free. Like I would EVER go back! Anyway this place is absolutely HORRIBLE and I will NEVER go back! I know its my fault for trusting random people with my eyebrows but I didnt realize how bad that could turn out.

Not as cheap as some other places but also not just a mani/​pedi place, aroma does facials, massage, eyelashes etc so it’s like a regular beauty salon.
I had a pedicure and it was good. Not rushed, it’s still going strong 3 – 4 weeks later and there was a good selection of polishes.
I’d definitely go back and I would recommend it to others.
