I was here the other day, and picked up the super cute no wool wool coat that I’ve been eyeing for months. Sharon was amazing and super helpful.
The store is small, but I understand they are undergoing renovations, but they’ve got a ton of really great stuff! Will drop by again when I’m in the area.

I have found that searching for clothing that not only fits but flatters and appropriately hugs my body is very difficult. I’m very petite, tall, with some curves, and I find that most clothes simply hang off of me. I was wowed by how beautifully Betsey Johnson’s clothing flatters my body type. Practically everything I tried on fit me like a glove!
The staff at the Yorkville location are very friendly and personable, and in no way do they pressure you at all (a must in customer service.) They converse with you in a very genuine way that does not come off as forced at all. The only con for the Yorkville location is that they don’t carry as large a selection as the Vaughan Mills store. Overall though, it’s a great store for a great brand!

The salespeople are so helpful here! I usually can tell what’s going to look good on me and what won’t but sometimes with the help of the right salesperson (I think her name was Lara), I can find stuff that I normally would have never tried on and it ends up being exactly what I was looking for. On this particular shopping trip, I was striking out majorly on my selections. I’m definitely not an «off the rack» kind of girl. The way that I’m built, big on top, small on bottom, it makes it tough for me to find dresses that will fit and I’m usually better off with separates. I was about ready to walk out of the store when my saleslady took one look at me and brought two amazing dresses from the back. They fit me perfectly and were so flattering that I ended up getting them both. And much to my surprise, everything was half off in the store that day so I ended up getting shoes, a purse, a matching wallet, some jewelry, socks, and a coat. SCORE!!!
I really can’t say enough nice things about the employees of this store. We got to talking and it came up during the conversation that I was visiting from out of town. They gave me a bunch of suggestions about where to go out to eat, nightlife, etc. I was very impressed with this place and will definitely be back to shop here next time I’m in town.

This Betsey Johnson store is quite small, but it’s packed with things to look at! There are lots of adorable and unique dresses, shoes, handbags and accessories.
Betsey’s shoes don’t fit my feet very well and most of the dresses are a little over the top for my own personal style. I love girly-​girl dresses but neon pink tulle is hard for anyone to pull off. I do love her jewelry collections — they are fun, quirky and add something interesting to an outfit.
There is a small sale section in the back and you can usually find some great deals there.

Even though some of the stuff here is a bit too «out there» for my personal tastes (especially the new fall stuff — lots of tulle and neon colours, which can look costume-​y if not done right), I always enjoy stopping by this store. It’s super-​girly and they have fun dresses for special occasions. Be sure to check out the sale section at the back. The reason I like shopping here though is that the staff are consistently genuine and courteous, which is saying a lot for Yorkville. No matter how you are dressed, they treat every customer like a regular.

Betsey Johnson is one of my all-​time favourite fashion designers. Even though I do have some conservative tastes, I really love her unique fashions and how you are always guaranteed to buy something from there that would be hard to be made as a knock-​off!
Betsey’s store in Yorkville is smaller compared to some of her stores in the US, but it does carry everything you need!
And one thing I visualize as I walk up the stairs to this store in Yorkville is tons and tons of adorable and sexy party dresses!
I bought my very first Betsey dress at this store a couple of years ago and I still love it to death and receive TONS of compliments. Also, I know I can step into any formal or wedding and no one will have the dress! (As the store carries tons of options and will only have a few sizes in each)
As much as this may seem weird, I feel it is key because all ladies want to feel special and original in their evening attire.
Also, if you ever take a visit to this store, check out the purses and accessories. They may seem over the top to some but trust me, if you are wearing a more simple, conservative outfit, Betsey Johnson threads can add some funk and flare to any outfit!
