Blarney Stone Irish Pub

Awesome little nook int the wall pub. Was there on a Saturday night to have dinner and watch the leafs game. Not too busy, friendly talkative bartenders, decent prices on food.
I had a couple beers and a steak sandwich w/​garden salad = $ 32 with tip. It was not bad, but I feel it’s just slightly overpriced for the quality.
I probably won’t go out of my way to come here again but you wish more of these type of places were around.

This is a solid neighbourhood pub.
I’ve had drinks here a couple of times and don’t have any complaints in regards to the beverages. The food however, not that great. It’s standard pub fare but a little over priced for the quality.

The worst Fish and Chips ever! Fish almost burnt, frys days old soggy and the coleslaw grey.
I think they have someone’s cousin in the kitchen, because he can’t even cook fast food.
A lot of badly made dishes from around the world, like curries, hamburgers, gyros, etc. along with some Irish staples.
The liquor was good, though. Clean frosty glass, good beer on tap and friendly server (until I complained).

I came here with a big group of about 15 — 20 people. If it wasn’t for us in the bar, there would be almost nobody there. For a friday night, it was quite dead. But I was only there from about 6pm — 10pm, and it did start to pick up a bit when I was leaving. They have karaōke starting at around 9pm, but is basically just 2 microphones and a laptop, nothing fancy. For better karaōke I recommend Gladstone Melody Bar.
The waitresses were definitely friendly. But I should mention one time when I ordered a beer, our waitress ended up just dropping it off at the end of the table, randomly, and it took me a few minutes to figure out it was supposed to be for me. So then we had to get is passed down to me. Why didn’t she just bring it straight to me?
I recommend coming here with a big group if you can’t get into Jack Astor’s across the street. But this place is by no means a close second.

Friday night’s karaōke –so don’t bail,
