Break out is cheaper than other escape rooms but the hour felt wasted more than anything. Tried the Hangover room (supposedly the other room is better) and it had no real plot or flow between any of the clues. It felt very much like various tasks to do more than «breaking out». One of the final puzzles also seemed glitchy as the staff member who tried to show us how to solve it afterwards struggled for minutes to get it to work and also left with a bloody hand… Definitely do not recommend the Hangover room in particular.

First time here and will definitely recommend it to all my friends and family. Booking was very easy online and when we arrived the service was great. The staff are very friendly and are patient with any questions. They had a professionally made video for everyone to watch for the back story before we entered the rooms. The rooms were well designed and so much fun! We tried the entry level Liberty Squad room and finished with 5 minutes left. Although entry level we still found it to be a good challenge.

We tried the Hangover Room/​Assassin mission last night, and honestly, they could have done better.
Firstly, I’d like to say that the set up was wonderful. From the very first moment, the décor was very well done, from the foyer to the room. It was far better than any escape room we’ve experienced.
However, it was completely ruined because of one part. The room had a BB gun component, and my friends and I had no experience whatsoever with guns of any kind. There was no detailed instructions (just a diagram that didn’t help at all) on how to load the clip or how to troubleshoot with the gun, which to my understanding, would jam if you loaded it wrong. Which we did, since no one knew how to use the damned thing. We spent about 40 minutes struggling with just loading the gun, getting more and more frustrated. Yes, we should have asked for help with it, but I also feel that given how the average person wouldn’t know how to use equipment like that, a tutorial should have taken place. The coordinator should have brought us into the room, shown us how to load, and what to do in case of jamming, before leaving.
Honestly, I felt cheated out of the whole thing, since we struggled with something that wasn’t even a part of the puzzles (the ones we could do up to that point were really cool, since the room was well designed). Moreover, when we told the coordinator at the end of the session what we had trouble with, there was no apology forthcoming, and we felt even more put out, since she was dismissive of the suggestions we had for the BB gun.
The bottom line: more tutorials, or at least put in a how-​to manual.

Went here last week with 8 friends of mine, tried the World War 2 one, and it was fun! For most of us, it was our first time trying an Escape room, but one of us went to one before, and she said she preferred this room than the escape room she went to before! There was only 1 girl working that day, which was understandable since we were the only group for the day, and she was really nice and patient. The price is $ 23, but if you like their facebook page, you only have to pay $ 20. Only downside is location.

The Staff was very friendly! even with how loud we we’re they just smiled and let us be which was cool. The free snacks before the game was very nice too!
The area was a little difficult to find and it seemed very sketchy though.
Now for the room. The room was really well thought out the puzzles weren’t too hard Me and my friends tried the Liberty Squad, though it was cool and the mechanisms were fun to use; I wont say any spoilers but It was a little difficult and frustrating at one point for something we had to do, overall it was a good experience, room was well design and it was fun.
now why a 3 star? the introduction that was given was very lacking it felt as if a robot was reading a script which would of been fine if it fit the theme but not so much for a WW2 introduction. another problem was the background music for me, though there was nothing wrong with what they had but it just also didn’t fit. I can’t say too much details without giving anything away. Lastly the location was a little difficult to find.
overall great room! good experience! things could have been better but this place is a for sure give it a try.

Tried out the Assassins Suite yesterday. The concept is kind of different from other escape rooms. The room is a lot bigger than other places, and can definitely support 4 – 10 people like they suggested.
I like that they provide hints through the speaker, because apparently the Assassins Suite only has 5% chance of breaking lol. They even offer Mandarin speaking, which is really helpful for the group of people that I went with. The written codes and hints are still in English only though.
Overall it was a pleasant experience and worth it for the $ 20/​person price. Also, like other commenters said, I hope they have a photo wall there you can hold up signs.
The guy told us that they are building a pitch dark themed human vs. zombie game, where you need to wear night goggles. Will come back again to try it out once they are done.

My friends and I came here for a groupon deal and tried their WW2 themed escape room. Overall the room was pretty good, themed well both visually and logically, and a bit tricky at times due to lack of clues. The room had thematic sound effects and ambient music which I found to be quite awesome!
It’s better than some escape places, and with the groupon I think we had good fun for the price.
I did not like their method for delivering hints. The reason is because we were told the sound effects and music on the speakers had nothing to do with solving the puzzles, so we didn’t pay attention to the speakers all that much, just enjoyed the background music and sound effects, BUT the speakers is what delivered the hints! Recorded in a strange female voice, i think we missed the hints a few times because we didn’t realize it was separate from the thematic recordings!
I have played another escape room where they used walkie talkies to keep communication between players and the game master, and that’s how hints SHOULD be delivered.
Their other room, the Assassin Suite sounds very interesting, not just about breaking out anymore.

Only has 2 rooms. I did the assassin’s suite. Staff was nice but they messed up my reservation date. A few of the clues were not really logic based or some required trial and error. I don’t like the concept of getting help… They said «we will know when you need hints and let you know on the speakers»… I thought this was kinda ineffective. We got out and he told us we made record time as well. The place is a bit tricky to find. They have free snacks and games to play at the lounge. I wish they had signs up to use for group photos at the end like most other places and statistical data on room escape. The regular price was pretty steep compared to other places I’ve been to… I only went because I picked up a Groupon deal. Also, they ended up charging us for using a Groupon deal too which is very ridiculous imo.

Great service with very friendly staff. The rooms are also very well designed, took some thinking to escape. Had an awesome experience definitely recommend for corporate events
