Lazy, unhelpful staff. There were four customer service reps in this tiny store when I walked in and not one could bother themselves to ask if I needed help, instead delaying to look for the shoes I picked out in my size and walked away mid-sentence after asking if the fit was okay in passing. Spent the whole time gossiping among themselves about who of their friends were getting married.

This is the flagship store of the small family owned shoe store chain. Its small space on the ‘Mink Mile’ of Toronto packs quite the style punch, carrying such labels as Sam Edelman, Michael by Michael Kors, etc. As it is a very small store, catering specifically to women of the urban persuasion, what you’ll find are sky high stilettos, trendy flats and so on to trod through the concrete streets of Toronto. You won’t find runners in here, though you’ll see a limited section of Birkenstocks. Located just a few steps down the street from the much pricier David’s, it’s a welcome relief to be able to afford, rather than just simply lust after, some of the awesome shoes in the store. The staff is very friendly and down to earth.
