I went to the store to get sized for a tuxedo being rented at another store, and the service was outstanding. Not only did I get sized, but the owner helped me with the type of fit I was looking for, and didn’t charge a dime. The clothes look great and I will definitely be going back.

A great store on Bloor west(right by Jane station) with great quality finds including suits, denim, and outerwear for the dressy or casual! The owner, Doug and the rest of the team are all very nice, welcoming and attentive. Always great service, never pushy and great recommendations. Came here to pick up a gift and I’ve been back ever since! Highly recommended especially if you’re looking to pick up staple pieces to gift your guy. They carry Agave Denim, Tumi, Horst shirts, Merrell, Bugatchi, 7 downie street and more! Lots of great designers and many made right here in Canada!

I’ve been shopping at Cecil Ward’s for 5 years. I always find 1 or 2 items that are unique and match my style. Doug the owner is fantastic. He makes great recommendations, knows my style and what will fit me well. They offer great quality clothing at fair prices with exceptional customer service.

Cecil Ward has been around for three generations, so they know how to dress a guy. They sell high quality suits and menswear, and are on top of trends(good for me, since I buy these sorts of things only a few times a decade). The only silly things I’ve seen for sale in the store are NHL cuff links. It ain’t cheap, but you get what you pay for at Cecil Ward. They do have sales, though, and aren’t above giving you an unsolicited break: when I bought a pricey(but really good) no-iron dress shirt, they rounded down the total a few bucks so that the after-tax price was $ 100 even.
